Ganesh Chaturthi was celebrated at KB DAV Senior Secondary Public School, Sector 7-B, Chandigarh. Students from classes III to VII participated in a range of creative and eco-friendly activities that brought colour, devotion, and festivity to the campus. The celebrations included the making of torans from Ashoka and peepal leaves and handmade sheets, artistic images of Lord Ganesha symbolising reverence, elephant masks representing Ganesha’s form, rangoli designs and posters, as well as eco-friendly clay idols. Students also shared traditional festive delicacies, adding flavour to the occasion. The activities not only showcased the talent and imagination of the learners but also spread the important message of sustainability and environmental care while celebrating traditions.
