A capacity building programme was organised in the school. The event kept in focus ‘School health and wellness’ that is an urgency to create a propitious ambience in the school that is quite helpful in the growth of the students. During the first session, Dr Surender Kaur laid emphasis on the ‘Growing up healthy and emotional well-being’. While proceeding the next session, Dr Neelu Dhall discussed ‘Values and responsible citizenship and gender equality’ that suggests to infer one’s potential to choose the walk of life individually unlike the decision taken under peer pressure or the parents. The concluding session ‘Nutrition, health and sanitation’ explored that sound mind resides in the sound body.
