Gita Niketan Awasiya Vidyalaya, Kurukshetra, celebrated Science Week with the aim of promoting scientific thinking, curiosity, and innovation among students. The event was dedicated to great scientists and their remarkable contributions to society. Each day morning assembly featured engaging 4–5 minute activities, including presentations, science facts, poems, motivational talks and live experiments. Students explored the inspiring journey of Shubhanshu Shukla to the ISS and participated in a science quiz. Motivational presentations on Isaac Newton, Nikola Tesla, and Dr APJ Abdul Kalam were also the centre of attraction, sparking interest in scientific values and dreams. A special session included live demonstrations of science experiments by students of Class XI. The week concluded with a presentation honouring Dr Prafulla Chandra Ray, Father of Indian Chemistry, marking his birth anniversary.
