As part of the morning assembly, the students and staff of GMS, Pocket No 6 NAC, Manimajra, took a pledge to avoid using crackers during Diwali, followed by a rally in the nearby area on the theme "Green Diwali, Swachh Diwali", emphasising the importance of a cracker-free celebration. Many students made posters to spread awareness about Green Diwali. School In-charge Neelam Sood praised the efforts of the students and teachers.
