The school celebrated Lohri on its premises. To celebrate the occasion and tell the importance of the festival, students gave speeches. The bonfire of Lohri was lit by students of the school. The song of ‘Sunder Munderiye’ filled the environment with ecstasy. Through a speech, the story of Dulla Bhatti, a robber who helped the poor and needy, was narrated to the students. Vibrant folk dance added flavour to the celebration. Peanuts, rewri and gajak were distributed among the students. In the end, Chairman of the school Col CS Bawa (retd) congratulated the students and the staff and advised them to burn the evils in the fire of Lohri and live a life of truth and virtue.
