Golden Earth Global School, Sangrur, celebrates Baisakhi
A vibrant celebration of Baisakhi was held at the school. The kindergarten students made the event lively and joyous. The excitement and energy of the little ones from the Nursery wing were a sight to behold. Dressed in traditional Punjabi attire, the young students added even more colour to the festival. As the beats of the ‘dhol’ echoed, the children danced with charm. The kindergarten teachers organised a beautiful exhibition showcasing Punjabi culture and heritage. Principal Dr Parminder Sandhu expressed her appreciation, saying, “I congratulate the parents and teachers who have worked hard to connect these children with our rich cultural heritage.” Chairperson Sukhwinder Kaur Walia stated that such celebrations play a vital role in connecting children with their culture and traditions, while also strengthening the bond that makes our school feel like a family.
