Shikhar Mishra, Class XII student of the school, has been selected by the Indian Space Research Organisation to participate in the Young Scientist Programme at Sriharikota, Andhra Pradesh. The selection from across the country was done on the basis of a written exam held in May 2024.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
