The Yog Vedant Seva Samiti, Panchkula, organised a vibrant celebration of Tulsi Pujan Diwas at the school. The event aimed to raise awareness about the cultural, spiritual, and environmental significance of the tulsi plant. The programme began with a traditional puja ceremony, where members of the samiti, along with students and teachers, performed rituals around the sacred tulsi plant. They highlighted the medicinal and ecological benefits of tulsi and its integral role in the Indian culture. Students actively participated in the event. The event concluded with the distribution of ‘prasad’ and a collective pledge to promote environmental conservation. The initiative was well-received by the school community, fostering a spirit of ecological responsibility and cultural pride.
