St Mary's School, Mohali, celebrated Grandparents' Day with joy and excitement for the little ones of Nursery to UKG. The programme began with a prayer and lamp lighting ceremony, followed by the children welcoming Rev Fr Aji K Chacko with a beautiful bouquet. Grandparents were greeted with a welcome dance and a heartfelt speech. Tiny tots stole hearts with their lovely dance performances, poem recitations and fun-filled conversations about grandparents. A special game, "Who knows better their partner," added laughter and cheer, with participating couples honoured with badges by Father and the Principal. The celebration became livelier when grandparents joined the open Giddha and Bhangra, enjoying the moment with enthusiasm. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks by Principal Bijumon Thomas followed by the National Anthem, making the day memorable.
