Bhavan Vidyalaya, New Chandigarh, was immersed in an aura of peace and devotion as the entire campus came together to celebrate Guru Nanak Jayanti with deep reverence and joy. The special assembly began with the soulful recitation of the mool mantra, invoking blessings and serenity. Students spoke with heartfelt conviction about the life and message of Guru Nanak Dev, sharing his eternal principles of Naam Japna, Kirat Karni and Vand Chakna. A shabad followed, sung with purity and devotion, its sacred melody filling the air with divine energy. The path and the heartfelt ardaas that ensued further elevated the sanctity of the occasion, as the collective chanting of "Waheguru Ji" echoed in every corner of the campus, enveloping all in a sense of spiritual harmony and oneness. Adding to the grace of the celebration, the Pre-Primary students offered a melodious kirtan and presented a short act depicting kindness and sharing. Their innocent voices and pure hearts reflected the very essence of Bhavan - where learning is blended with love, faith and moral strength. The celebration concluded with the distribution of kada prasad, symbolising equality, gratitude and divine grace.
