In an enlightening and thought-provoking workshop, Devraj Setya, Director of the school, addressed the school faculty on the theme of ‘Confidence – The Tree of Growth’. Using the imagery of a tree, he explained how confidence develops, flourishes, and ultimately bears fruit when nurtured with care and awareness. Devraj beautifully compared the growth of confidence to the structure of a tree. Setya encouraged everyone to internalise these values and nurture their own ‘Tree of Confidence’ with patience, care, and consistency. He highlighted that just as a tree stands tall when its roots are strong and branches well-spread, an individual’s confidence also grows when rooted in values and cultivated with the right environment. The workshop concluded with an interactive session, leaving participants motivated to not only strengthen their personal confidence but also to become role models of confidence in their communities.
