As part of this collaborative effort, students from various classes of the government school spent enriching days at Holy Mary’s School, participating in a wide range of academic and experiential learning activities. The visiting students were accompanied on most days by faculty, Dr Bhavneet Kaur, under the guidance of Sumita, Headmistress of PM Shri Government High School, Hulka. The Twinning Programme is designed to encourage peer learning, exposure to diverse educational environments, and the exchange of innovative teaching and learning practices between government and private educational institutions. Throughout their visit, students from both schools actively engaged in interactive classroom sessions and concept-based learning, hands-on lab experiences, smart class demonstrations and digital learning modules, sports, games, and co-curricular interactions, collaborative group work and cross-school bonding activities. The management and staff of Holy Mary’s School extended a warm and heartfelt welcome, ensuring that the visiting students felt completely at home. Principal Dr Shiny Devassy appreciated the government’s efforts in creating platforms that bridge educational gaps and foster holistic development.
