The Millennium School, Bathinda, celebrated Bharat Raksha Parv - 2025, organising an inter-house rakhi-making competition that resonated with the spirit of patriotism and unity. Students from classes I to VIII showcased their creativity and artistic skills, crafting Rakhis with colourful threads, beads, sequins and mirrors that carried profound emotions of gratitude and patriotism. These rakhis, prepared under the supervision of class teachers, will be sent to soldiers as tokens of love, respect and solidarity, symbolising the connection between young minds and the nation's guardians. Principal Dr Surbhi Joshi emphasised the initiative's significance, stating that it's not just about crafting Rakhis, but about instilling values of gratitude, respect and national pride in students. The celebration aimed at nurturing the spirit of unity and patriotism in the young generation, highlighting the importance of acknowledging and appreciating the nation's brave defenders.
