Shishu Niketan Model Senior Sec School, Sector 22-D, Chandigarh held its investiture ceremony for the academic year 2025-26, celebrating the spirit of leadership, responsibility, and service. The ceremony was graced by Dr Nemi Chand, Associate Professor and State Liaison Officer for NSS, Chandigarh. Dr Chand addressed the gathering and inspired students to lead with dedication and purpose. The ceremony began with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp. The event saw the formal introduction of the newly elected student council, led by Head Boy Ishaan Diwaan and Head Girl Prachi Sharma, along with Sports Captain Gopal Thakur, Discipline In-charge Taneesha, and House Captains from Shivalik, Vindhyachal, Nilgiri, and Aravalli Houses. Each council member received their badge and sash, symbolising their commitment to uphold the school’s values. In a solemn and proud moment, the students took the oath of office, pledging to serve the school with integrity, discipline, and humility. The investiture ceremony reflected the school’s ongoing commitment to nurturing future-ready, value-driven leaders.
