Tanush Bansal, a student of B I S (N) SR SEC PUBLIC SCHOOL, Ludhiana scored 99.97 percentile in the JEE- Mains exam held in January. Tanush, a top performer from the Unacademy Centre, Ludhiana, aspires to study computer science at IIT Bombay, driven by a desire to emulate his idol, Sundar Pichai. Inspired by Pichai’s journey from modest beginnings to Google’s helm, Tanush seeks to excel like him.

Hardik Mahindroo

Hardik Mahindroo, a student of DAV Public School, BRS Nagar, Ludhiana, scored 99.88 percentile. Hardik aims to secure a rank under 200 in JEE Advanced to fulfil his dream of studying at IIT Delhi. His father, a businessman, and his mother, Pooja Mahindroo, a dedicated economics teacher at BCM 32 Sec, Ludhiana, motivate him to excel.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.

The Tribune, the largest selling English daily in North India, publishes news and views without any bias or prejudice of any kind. Restraint and moderation, rather than agitational language and partisanship, are the hallmarks of the newspaper. It is an independent newspaper in the real sense of the term.

The Tribune has two sister publications, Punjabi Tribune (in Punjabi) and Dainik Tribune (in Hindi).
