Class XII students of the school had a field day when they went on a trip to Amritsar to not only pay obeisance at the Golden Temple but also to understand the culture of Punjab better. Three buses carried 126 learners with a bunch of teachers. Singing, dancing, and merry-making happened all the way to Jalandhar where the contingent had their breakfast. The journey resumed after a hiatus to reach the Golden Temple. The learners with full devotion bowed down to the Almighty there to seek His blessings for the forthcoming exams. The group was then taken to Sadda Pind – a beautiful space created there, showcasing the vast culture and tradition of Punjab. The learners enjoyed this time the most as they played fun games, went around different stalls, clicked pics, and made memories. The group took the return journey at around 5 pm to reach the City Beautiful.
