An insightful and meaningful assembly focused on the theme of ‘Mental health, bullying and excessive use of mobile by the youngsters’ was organised by Class VII students at the school. The event aimed to lay emphasis on the creative and critical side of brain and spread awareness not to become the victims of modern technology. The assembly began with a dance on the prayer followed by anchoring by Class VII students, who introduced the topics and shared the assembly’s goal to foster empathy and practical advice to strengthen the mental health, wellbeing and enhance the creative and critical thinking. A short skit portrayed a scenario of bullying two students ‘Prajapati and Devi’ in school and its emotional toll on the victims. The performance was followed by motivational dance, rap and bhangra that left a message “to stay creative in today’s digital era”. Principal Pooja Prakash commended teachers and students for their effort in addressing such an important topic with maturity and creativity.
