KB DAV Sr Sec Public School, Chd, conducts Investiture Ceremony

KB DAV Senior Secondary Public School, Sector 7, Chandigarh

The school witnessed its eleventh Investiture Ceremony - marking the formal induction of the newly appointed School Senate for the Academic Session 2025-26. The ceremony was a grand celebration of leadership, responsibility and commitment as the young leader took oath to uphold the school's values and ideals. The newly appointed Head Boy, Head Girl, Vice-Head Boy, Vice-Head Girl, House Captains, Vice-Captains and Prefects of the Four Houses-Jasmine, Lotus, Rose and Tulip were adorned with badges and sashes by Principal Pooja Prakash. The selection process involved a Democratic Senate Election where nominated candidates campaigned. This was followed by voting through ballot papers ensuring a fair and transparent leadership selection. The Principal congratulated the newly inducted leaders and urged them to work as a team to foster discipline, positivity and decorum in the school.
