Independence Day was celebrated at the school. The event began with the flag hoisting by Principal Suresh Kumar. Students of the school paid tribute to the martyrs through dance and patriotic songs. Primary school students captivated everyone with their delightful dance, solo singing, and yoga performances. Middle school students depicted the progress of the nation through a group dance performance. The ceremony concluded with the distribution of sweets to the students.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
