The cluster-level Rashtriya Ekta Parv was celebrated at Kendriya Vidyalaya, Khaliyar, Mandi. The event was inaugurated by chief guest Suresh Kumar, Principal of Kendriya Vidyalaya, Mandi, Himachal Pradesh. The ceremony commenced with the lighting of the lamp and offering of floral tributes to Goddess Saraswati by the chief guest. This year’s theme for the Kala Utsav was “Viksit Bharat - A Vision for India in 2047”. The chief guest wished all the participants a bright future and encouraged them to continue honing their talents in the same manner. Around 50 participants from Kendriya Vidyalaya, Sainj, Kendriya Vidyalaya, Ghumarwin, and Kendriya Vidyalaya, Mandi, participated. The participants took part in group singing, dancing from the state of Kerala, and competitions such as on-the-spot painting. All the winners were awarded certificates of appreciation. Proper arrangements were made for food for all participants. The event concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Deepa, a teacher at the school, for the successful organisation of the programme.
