Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan
After the completion of the Phase 1 of the 53rd KVS National Sports Meet, Phase 2 begins at Lovely Professional University. Davinder Singh, DIG (retired), Hockey Olympian gold medallist 1980 and Major Dhayanchand & Maharaja Ranjit Singh Awardee, was the chief guest. Monoj Kumar Pandey, Assistant Commissioner, Estd II, KVS HQs, New Delhi, and Sorabh Lakhanpal, Senior Dean (Student Welfare), LPU, were the guests of honour. A total of 1,100 participants for U-14, U-17, U-19 Boys Boxing and Boys Handball along with 140 escorts have come from 25 Regions of KVS for this grand event.
