The school conducted a vibrant laughter yoga session for the pre-primary wing, classes I and II, along with their teachers, in anticipation of World Laughter Yoga Day. The session began joyfully with child-friendly breathing techniques, laughter exercises, and simple mindfulness activities. The aim was to promote emotional well-being, reduce stress, and cultivate a positive mind-set among young learners and educators alike. Speaking about the session, Principal Dr Raminder Pal Kaur said, “We believe that emotional health is just as important as academics. Laughter yoga is a powerful yet simple way to promote happiness and mindfulness among children.”
