Hansraj Public School, Sector 6, Panchkula, celebrated Mahatma Anand Swami Jayanti — observed as Anand Parv. A ‘Bhajan Sandhya’ was organised under the blessings of Padma Shri Dr Punam Suri, president, DAVCMC, New Delhi, to pay tribute to Mahatma Anand Swami, a revered disciple of Swami Dayanand Saraswati and a valiant freedom fighter of the Hyderabad Satyagraha. The evening commenced with the chanting of Vedic mantras, invoking peace and harmony, followed by a series of melodious ‘bhajans’ presented by the Arya Yuva Samaj. Swami Shraddhanand Saraswati, in his inspiring discourse, urged all to follow the teachings of the Vedas and to live lives grounded in righteousness, compassion, and selfless service. Principal Jaya Bhardwaj expressed heartfelt gratitude to the guests and participants for making the occasion a spiritual success.
