Students of Class VI to XII of the school, accompanied by six teachers, embarked on an enriching educational tour to the national Capital. On the first day of their tour, the students visited prominent landmarks, including Rashtrapati Bhavan, India Gate and Connaught Place, gaining valuable insights into India’s rich history and governance. They stayed at the Youth Hostel, making their visit both educational and comfortable. The second day of the tour was equally engaging, as the group explored the University of Delhi, getting an understanding of higher education opportunities. They also visited the historic Red Fort, where they learnt about India’s struggle for independence and the architectural marvels of the Mughal era. Director/Principal Dr SS Brar expressed his best wishes to the students and emphasised the importance of such educational tours in shaping young minds. He said, “Providing students with real-world learning experiences beyond textbooks is essential for their holistic development. I am delighted that they had the opportunity to visit these iconic places and enrich their knowledge.”
