MDAV School, Sector 22-A, Chandigarh
The school celebrated Republic Day. Chief guest Vinod Kapoor and Nidhi Kapoor with Principal Neelam Sharma and staff members performed the flag-hosting ceremony. Students presented a cultural programme which consisted of patriotic songs, dance and speeches. They paid tributes to the great leaders of the nation. They showed their gratitude towards Dr BR Ambedkar, father of the Indian Constitution. The principal gave a speech on him and expressed his role in the making of the nation. Vinod Kapoor applauded and appreciated students for their performances and patriotic zeal. The programme culminated with singing of the national anthem.
