Morning assembly on 'Importance of patience' held

The students of Class V-A of Om Parkash Bansal Modern School, Mandi Gobindgarh, conducted a morning assembly on the theme of “Importance of patience” in the Pandora Hall. The assembly began with anchors Samya and Akshar Goyal warmly welcoming everyone. The ‘Thought of the Day’ was shared in both Hindi and English by Itish Garg and Syeda Shadma, respectively, reflecting the essence of staying calm and composed in all situations. Hargun Singh spoke eloquently on the topic in English, elaborating on how patience helps us achieve long-term goals and strengthens our character. Naira delivered her views in Hindi, beautifully emphasising that ‘patience is the key to success’. The latest news updates were shared by Aryanveer, Sai Shourya, and Sukhvansh, keeping everyone informed about national and international affairs. Aryan Manrao led the gathering in taking the morning pledge, promoting unity and integrity. The highlight of the assembly was a role play on the ‘Importance of patience’, narrated by Namish, Evanshika, Dhairya, Agamdeep, and Samarth. The stage was brought to life by the wonderful performances of Sayansh, Adhiraj, Vivaan, Amyra, Saesha, Paras, Bhaviya, and Anaahat, showcasing real-life situations where patience proves to be the key to harmony and resolution. The assembly concluded with words of encouragement and praise by Coordinator Rishi Madaan. Students from every section of classes III to V who showcased neatness, elegance, and proper grooming were also honoured with the ‘Best Dressed Badge’ (fortnightly).
