Education involves a right balance of academic and co-curricular activities. How is your institution providing this balance to students?

We believe that “all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy”. Hence, our institution strikes a harmonious chord between academics and co-curricular activities by organising competitions, cultural programmes, and workshops that inspire creativity while nurturing intellect. This ensures that our students are well-rounded individuals ready to face life’s challenges.

What are the assessment practices used in your school?

“Practice makes perfect”, and our assessments reflect this philosophy. We adopt a blend of formative and summative evaluations, including projects, quizzes, and presentations, which act as stepping stones for academic excellence. These practices provide a mirror for students to reflect on their progress and refine their skills.

“Healthy minds reside in healthy bodies.” Sports and co-curricular activities are the lifeblood of our institution, fostering physical fitness and creativity. From inter-school tournaments to debates and dramatics, we provide ample opportunities for students to shine beyond the classroom walls.

NEP 2020 has laid special emphasis on vocational skills and entrepreneurship. How is your school providing these two through the curriculum?

“Give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish, and you feed him for a lifetime.” Aligned with NEP 2020, we empower students with vocational training in coding, culinary arts, and more. Entrepreneurial skills are cultivated through leadership programmes and start-up incubation initiatives, sowing seeds for a bright future.

What is the motto of your school and how are students being trained to follow it?

Our motto, “Learn, Lead, Succeed”, is a guiding light for our students. “Actions speak louder than words”, and through value-based education, leadership initiatives, and hands-on learning, we ensure students imbibe this ethos, preparing them to be torchbearers of tomorrow.

What measures has the school taken to help students cope with stress and to develop their EQ?

“A stitch in time saves nine.” To address stress and enhance emotional intelligence, we organise regular counselling sessions, mindfulness workshops, and team-building activities. These initiatives not only heal troubled minds but also build resilience, helping students weather life’s storms.

As the head of this institution, what is your vision and how are you making it a reality?

“Vision without action is a daydream; action without vision is a nightmare.” My vision is to mould students into compassionate, informed, and globally aware leaders. By fostering innovative teaching, inclusivity, and lifelong learning, we are turning this dream into a reality, creating change-makers who leave a lasting mark on society.
