The activity aimed to create awareness among students and staff about fire safety measures and emergency response procedures. The demonstration included evacuation techniques, use of fire extinguishers, and safety protocols to be followed during a fire emergency. The safety officer explained the correct use of fire extinguishers and shared important tips on how to stay safe during a fire. He also emphasised the importance of remaining calm and cooperating with others in such situations. Trained personnel guided students through the step-by-step evacuation process, emphasising the importance of calmness, coordination and quick action. The fire drill was conducted successfully and proved to be a valuable learning experience, making everyone more aware and prepared for unforeseen emergencies. Principal Dr Parveena John Singh appreciated the efforts of the staff and students for their active participation and highlighted the school's commitment to fostering a safe and secure learning environment.
