New academic session begins at Montfort School, Roorkee

The first day of the new academic session at the school commenced on a vibrant and uplifting note with a grand common assembly held on the school grounds. The assembly began with a soulful prayer song rendered by teachers, invoking blessings for a fruitful year ahead. This was followed by a motivational speech in Hindi, aimed at encouraging students to step into the new session with confidence, discipline, and determination. Adding a heartfelt touch to the occasion, teachers presented a welcome song, warmly embracing students back to the school and creating a joyful and inclusive atmosphere. The energy soared as a group of students took the stage with a vibrant aerobics and Zumba performance, setting a lively tone for the months ahead. One of the key highlights of the day was an impressive Army Pipe Band display, which added a powerful and solemn aura to the event, reflecting the values of discipline, honour, and unity. The assembly concluded with an address by Principal Rev Bro Albert Abraham, who extended his warm welcome to both students and staff.
