To mark World Population Day, a nukkad natak was organised at AKSIPS-41B Smart School, Chandigarh, by renowned ‘Theatre for Theatre’ group. The performance aimed to raise awareness about the pressing issue of population explosion, highlighting the grim reality of another billion people being added to the global population every 12 years. The street play vividly depicted the consequences of overpopulation, including poverty, unemployment, lack of education and resource shortages.
