MCM DAV Sr Sec Public School, Baghni, Nurpur, organised the "RUN for DAV" as a tribute to Gandhi Jayanti. The marathon was ceremoniously flagged off by Sonika Puri, LMC Member, DAV Baghni, who inspired the participants to adopt fitness and teamwork as essential life values. As many as 269 students from classes VI to XII participated in the run, showcasing immense energy and determination. In the junior girls' category, Manvi (VIII-C) secured first position, followed by Manvi (VII-A) in second place and Akshita (VI-C) in third. In the senior girls' category, Arshiya (X-C) claimed the top spot, with Ruhani (X-C) and Abhilasha (X-C) securing second and third positions, respectively. Among the boys, Masoom Ali (VIII-B) emerged as the top performer in the junior boys' category, followed closely by Aarav (VIII-C) in second place and Manmeet (VIII-B) in third. In the senior boys' category, Shourya Chib (XI-A) took the top honours, with Ayush Dhiman (X-AB) and Adarsh Jaswal (XI-A) securing second and third positions, respectively.
