In order to empower the staff of the school and to enhance teaching methodologies, Anupam Kaushik, a renowned facilitator, organised a School Innovation Framework Workshop at PKR Jain Vatika. The aim of the workshop was to make teachers aware and well-versed with the emerging educational scenario, use of various techniques in their teaching and maintain equality in the classroom without any discrimination on various parameters. The workshop focused on leadership qualities in a skilled teacher and how to improve it and make their school excellent with innovative ideas in teaching, extracurricular activities, sports, dance, etc. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation of principals and teachers from various schools. All participants pledged to provide quality education in line with national priorities.
