The aim was to familiarise parents with the teaching methodology, assessment pattern, school rules and policies. The day began with a warm welcome followed by the lighting of the traditionallamp to seek the blessings of Goddess Saraswati, the goddess of knowledge. Dr Parul Bhargava, Senior Wing Coordinator, showed the parents a comprehensive Power-Point Presentation, providing a glimpse of the activities and events conducted during the previous session and the achievements of the students in the realm of academics and beyond. The event also served as a platform where the educators were formally introduced to the parents.The Principal, Poonamjit Kaur, appreciated the parents’ involvement in the holistic development of their children. She emphasised on the introduction of a wide range of skill subjects in the school, which had become an integral part of the new curriculum under NEP 2020. She also stressed on the important role an educator plays in shaping the future of the students. The day culminated with the vote of thanks and the school anthem.
