Pandit Mohan Lal SD Public School, Sector 32, Chandigarh, celebrates Earth Day

In a vibrant celebration of Earth Day, students of classes VI to X at school participated in a series of eco-friendly and thought-provoking activities, aimed at raising awareness about environmental conservation and sustainable living. The celebration included engaging events such as paper bag making, poster making, and slogan writing, where students showcased their creativity and commitment to protecting the planet. Each activity was designed to highlight the importance of reducing plastic use, spreading environmental awareness, and inspiring collective action. These activities not only fostered environmental consciousness among the students but also encouraged them to be responsible global citizens. Principal Monica Sharma appreciated the efforts, saying, “Earth Day is a reminder that each small step can make a big difference. Our students have shown that the future is in responsible hands.”
