A three-day district-level under-19 student judo competition was organised in Dehra, in which 1,200 children from about 90 schools of Kangra district participated. Akshita and Aarushi of Paras Public School, Bhawarna, under the guidance of their judo coach Purushottam, won bronze medal. School Director Mahesh Chander Katoch and Principal Neelam Rana honoured the winning students by giving medals and certificates in the prayer meeting. While boosting the morale of the students, the principal said they should continue to participate in such activities in future as well.
