The school organised a vibrant Inter-School Yoga Competition under the aegis of Sahodaya Schools Complex, Karnal. The competition, held in the school auditorium - The Trinity, witnessed enthusiastic participation from students across various schools. The programme began with the lighting of the lamp by the Director of the school, accompanied by esteemed judges. The competition featured a variety of yoga asanas, showcasing flexibility, balance, and discipline. Students performed with precision and grace, impressing both judges and audience. The categories included students from classes III to XII, providing every participant an opportunity to display their skills. Participants from various schools, including DSPS, Sector 7, Mount Litera Zee School, Parth Public School, RPS, JPS, Assandh, SBS, SD Adarsh, Sant Nikka Singh, and OPS, bagged prizes in different categories. Winners received trophies and certificates. The event concluded with a speech by Mohit Rana (jury member), emphasising yoga’s importance in enhancing concentration and overall health. Host school Director Adarsh Sethi enlightened students with her words of wisdom.
