Patriotic poem recitation competition held

The kindergarten section of Holy Mary’s School, Banur, infused the spirit of patriotism with a patriotic poem recitation competition held in connection with the Independence Day celebrations. Tiny tots impressed everyone with their lively, expressive, and confident recitations, reflecting their love for the nation. The competition was organised class-wise, and the young achievers were: Nursery Blue – Tejasvi Kaur, Hamreet Kaur, Sidharth Sharma; Nursery Green – Jagdeep Kaur, Lavanya, Kismat; Nursery Red – Shubh Kaur, Navreen Kaur, Udayveer Singh; LKG Blue – Amaanat Singla, Tanveer Kaur, Janya; LKG Green – Savreen Kaur, Savreet Kaur, Avijot Singh; LKG Red – Sachkirat Kaur, Gurkirat Kaur, Rehmantpreet Kaur; UKG Blue – Navroop, Harsifat Kaur, Paramvir Singh; UKG Green – Harshika Sharma, Elvin Sharma, Aishveen Kaur; and UKG Red – Harseerat, Trisha, Japjot Singh. The winners were felicitated with attractive gifts and certificates of merit by Principal Dr Shiny Devassy, who also congratulated all participants for their spirited performances.
