The school celebrated International Yoga Day under the guidance of Principal Monika Kaushik. Teachers and students participated enthusiastically, and ITBP BTC Bhanu’s yoga experts demonstrated various asanas and pranayama techniques. Students learnt about yoga’s importance and health benefits. The principal emphasised yoga’s significance for physical and mental well-being, urging students to practice regularly. The event saw active participation, and everyone resolved to spread yoga awareness. The programme was successful, and the principal thanked ITBP Bhanu’s yoga trainers for raising awareness among students. Refreshments were distributed at the end.
