As students of classes X and XII gear up for their pre-board and board examinations, the school took a proactive step to address one of the most critical issues faced by students – managing mental stress during exams. An insightful guest lecture, titled “Strategies regarding coping mental stress during exams”, was delivered by Dr Amisha, a medical practitioner, for board aspirants of the school. The session provided students with practical strategies to manage anxiety, enhance focus, and improve their overall performance during this crucial phase of their academic journey. Under the visionary leadership of Principal Ravinder Kumar, and with the pivotal support of Vice-Principal Ugra Mohan Yadav, the event was organised seamlessly. Dr Amisha’s talk resonated with the students, as she shared valuable insights on time management, relaxation techniques, and maintaining a balanced routine during examinations.
