Republic Day was celebrated in the school. There was a huge gathering of staff and students. The programme started with the unfurling of the national flag by chief guest Mohan Singh Negi, followed by the rendition of the national anthem. The speech given by Principal Awadhesh Dubey on the significance of Republic Day was an inspiring one. Afterward, the students participated in various cultural performances that included patriotic songs and dances. “Mile Sur Mera Tumhara”, a patriotic song, was sung by students. Prizes were distributed to acknowledge students who had excelled in academics, sports and other co-curricular activities. The programme concluded by distributing boxes of sweets to all students.
