The school hosted a workshop on ‘Green School’ under the guidance of Principal Ravinder Kumar. The event featured Dr Suruchi Jindal, Assistant Professor, Department of Bioengineering and Biosciences, Lovely Professional University, as the distinguished guest speaker. Vice-Principal Ugra Mohan Yadav welcomed the guest speaker. Dr Jindal conducted an engaging and interactive session with students, inspiring them to embrace eco-friendly practices and make consistent efforts to transform their school into a model green school. A plantation drive marked the highlight of the workshop, where Dr Jindal, along with members of the Eco Club, actively participated in planting saplings on the school premises. The initiative symbolised the collective commitment to environmental conservation and fostering a greener future. The event concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks delivered by Eco Club in-charge Meena Goyal, who expressed her gratitude to Dr Jindal for her invaluable insights and inspiring presence.
