An NGO, Shree Shiv Kripa Nand, organised a meditation workshop at the school. Experts Sanjiv and Milind led the session, introducing participants to the benefits and techniques of meditation. The workshop aimed to promote mental well-being, relaxation, and self-awareness. Sanjiv and Milind expertly guided participants through guided meditation sessions, breathing exercises, and interactive discussions. Sanjiv Kumar said, “Meditation is a powerful tool for cultivating inner peace and balance in our fast-paced lives.” At the end, Principal KS Pathania thanked the team and motivated the students to practice meditation technique in their day-to-day lives.
