This was followed by a thought-provoking shloka recited by Shikha, emphasising the significance of women in society. Rajesh delivered a motivational speech, emphasising the need for gender equality and women’s rights. The programme was skilfully hosted by Rajni and Shweta. Principal KS Pathania addressed the gathering, inspiring the staff with his motivational speech. He emphasised the importance of respecting and celebrating women’s achievements. Certificates and tokens of honour, sponsored by the Union Bank of India, were awarded to all women employees. The gesture was a testament to the bank’s commitment to promoting women’s empowerment and recognising their valuable contributions.
