Students took part in a mega event 'Walk for Drug Free Chandigarh' at Tiranga Park, Sector 17, Chandigarh. The Department of School Education had designed a programme to spread awareness among students to curb drug menace in schools. The march aimed at raising awareness about perils of drug abuse. Their chants echoed through the streets as they made their way back. Principal Monica Sharma sensitised, appealed and motivated students to leave drugs and lead a life of a responsible citizen.
