Police DAV, Patiala

On the second day of sports competitions in the series of DAV Cluster Sports Meet, the school hosted handball, roller skating and volleyball matches. Players from nine schools of the cluster displayed their talent. These competitions were conducted for the U-14, U-17 and U-19 categories. In volleyball U-14, Police DAV School got the first position, DAV, Patran, got the second position, and DAV, Patiala, got the third position. In volleyball U-19, DAV, Patran, bagged the first position, DAV, Moonak, bagged the second position, and Police DAV, Patiala, bagged the third place. In volleyball U-17, DAV, Patiala, got the first position, Police DAV got the second position, and DAV, Patran, got the third position. In roller skating competition, Gur Fateh, student of Police DAV School, won two gold medals in the U-14 category. In the handball U-14 competition, DAV, Patiala, stood first and Police DAV School stood second. In U-19 handball competition, DAV, Patiala, got the first position and Police DAV School got the second position. School Principal Savita Dhankhar honoured all the winners by giving them medals and inspired them to participate enthusiastically in different sports.
