The school organised a fun-filled extravaganza with a tastefully decorated poolside area, complete with buntings, balloons, and animated cutouts. The event featured a plethora of activities, games and learning opportunities that sparked students' creativity. The poolside stalls offered delicious treats such as fruit chaat, mango shake and tang, delighting the toddlers. Students thoroughly enjoyed the pool party, water sports, and educational movie time (for classes III-V), which included popcorn and quality time with friends. The event was graced by esteemed dignitaries, including AKSIPS Group of Smart Schools Executive Director Jasdeep Kalra, Director Jasmine Kalra, Associate Director (Administration) Sidhant, Associate Director (Academics) Parnika Singh and Principal Rajminder Kaur Jaitla. The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.

The Tribune, the largest selling English daily in North India, publishes news and views without any bias or prejudice of any kind. Restraint and moderation, rather than agitational language and partisanship, are the hallmarks of the newspaper. It is an independent newspaper in the real sense of the term.

The Tribune has two sister publications, Punjabi Tribune (in Punjabi) and Dainik Tribune (in Hindi).
