Pratap Public School, Karnal, celebrated Teachers’ Day with great enthusiasm to honour the legacy of Dr Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan. The programme began with floral tributes to the philosopher, setting a respectful tone for the day. Students presented handmade greeting cards to the Director, Principal, and teachers, followed by a lively cultural programme. Director Mrs Poonam Navet appreciated the students’ efforts and spoke on the importance of teacher well-being, remarking that “an empty cup cannot pour into others”. The celebration reflected Dr Radhakrishnan’s belief in teachers as true nation-builders.
