The 29th Annual Athletic Meet was organised on the school campus. The chief guest was Jagmohan Anand, MLA, Karnal, and guest of honour Col KK Ventkatraman. The event commenced with flag hoisting by the dignitaries followed by synchronised parade presented by NCC cadets. Pre-primary students displayed great enthusiasm on the race tracks while participating in various funny and playful races whereas the strenuous races engaged the marathoners of classes I to V. The playground wore a festive look with 50m, 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m races conducted for marathoners of classes VI to XII. Shot put, high jump, long jump and relay race (4*100m) were the most exciting sport events which enthused the participants of classes VI to XII. The cultural show comprising heart-throbbing dance performances presented by the troupes of dancers of LKG and UKG and blend of Haryanvi and Punjabi dances performed by the students of classes VI to IX filled colours of vibrancy in the meet. The students who acclaimed to the Best Athlete Award were Naitik and Sanvi of Class VIII in the sub-junior category, while Ayush and Lakshita of Class X in the junior category. Prachi of Class XI and Ranjot of Class XII clinched the Best Athlete Award in the senior category. The meet culminated with the rendition of the national anthem.
