What are the key achievements of school in the past year?
The school won Sports Achievement Award “Pride of India” in the FAP (Federation of Private School and Association of Punjab) National Awards -2023 for demonstrating excellence in the sports domain. Principal Gurmant Kaur Gill was honoured by Harjot Singh Bains, Education Minister of Punjab, for maximum participation in the First International Punjabi Olympiad. Gurmant Kaur Gill was felicitated with ‘Best Principal Award’ by the FAP (Federation of Private Schools and Associations of Punjab) National Awards-2023. An International-level achiever, Karanveer Kaur, a student of Class XII of our school, who had qualified for the FIBA – U-18 (Girls) Asia Championship, was honoured with the “Pride of India” Award by FAP (Federation of Private Schools and Associations of Punjab) National Awards-2023. An entry by the Art Department of the school was selected for cover design of the CBSE biannual e-magazine CENBOSEC (January to June 2023). School students participated in various inter-school competitions and won 14 overall trophies.
Hand-holding initiatives for underachievers
School has started additional tutoring and testing of students appearing in classes X and XII board examinations (through revision tests). Parents have been involved as they are made aware of their ward’s performance through separate PTMs.

Our vision is to foster love for learning and promote critical thinking in students and to emphasise values and holistic growth to ensure that the students are well- equipped to face the challenges of the global world and contribute positively to the society.

Teachers have learnt to adapt to new teaching modalities and circumstances, ensuring continuity in education despite disruptions. Teachers have become tech-savvy in using various educational technologies. Collaboration among parents and school has strengthened which has further helped in their coordination (through WhatsApp groups).

Emphasis is laid on the holistic development of the students. Changes have been made in the report card pattern for the next session. More emphasis is laid on activity-based learning. Emphasis is also laid on digital literacy, vocational education and teachers’ professional development. Female karate coach is being appointed to teach self-defence to girl students of the school.

Subjects like Artificial Intelligence (AI), Introduction to Financial Management (IFM), Information Technology (IT) and Financial Market Management (FMM) have been introduced to the students.
