Rainbow International School organises annual function

Rainbow International School, Nagrota Bagwan, celebrated its annual function over two vibrant days. The event was themed “Canvas of Creativity” and “Wings of Excellence,” symbolising imagination, innovation, growth and achievement. On Day one, the chief guest was Dr Pradeep Makkar, Managing Director, City Hospital, Kangra, and Rana Hospital, Palampur. On Day two, the chief guest was RS Bali, Cabinet Rank Minister, Chairman, HPTDC, and Vice-Chairman HPTDC, TDB. Other dignitaries include Munish Kumar, SDM, Nagrota Bagwan, Dr Vivek Sood, CMO Kangra, Dharamsala, Pankaj Chadha, Divisional Manager, HRTC, Asha, EO, Nagrota Block, and Nikhil Sharma, Principal, GSSS Girls, Nagrota Bagwan. The event commenced with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp. Dr JR Kashyap, Director, Rainbow Group of Schools, and Principal Dr Chhavi Kashyap extended a warm welcome to the guests, parents and students. Dr Chhavi Kashyap presented the annual report. Students captivated the audience with their cultural performances. Students mesmerised the audience with graceful dances, thought-provoking skits and melodious musical presentations — each reflecting the themes of creativity and excellence. A special segment was dedicated to honouring the school’s alumni for their continued contributions and association with the institution. Students who excelled in academics and sports were felicitated for their outstanding achievements. Members of the press and media were also recognised for their support and coverage of the event. The event concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks delivered by Meenakshi Kashyap, Principal of Rainbow World School, Bhawarna.
